Stretching

In this class, we combine dynamic stretching, PNF techniques, and static stretching to specifically improve flexibility, mobility, and body control. Each session is structured to gently prepare, mobilize, and stretch your muscles in order to increase your range of motion over the long term, improve your posture, or help you improve your posture. 

No matter your age or skill level, whether you’re a dancer or not—stretching is equally important for everyone to maintain mobility, prevent injuries, and keep the body fit.

Assisted Stretching

Assisted stretching is a guided, one-on-one session where I gently help you move through stretches that are difficult to achieve on your own. Using hands-on techniques, I support your body in relaxing into each movement, allowing for a deeper, safer, and more effective stretch.

These sessions can help reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility and mobility, increase your range of motion, and leave your body feeling lighter, more balanced, and ready to move with greater ease.
